how i ship products fast
Here's how I ship products fast, and you can too
Use technology that you are familiar with, be it PHP, Pascal, Rust, or anything else, considering it allows you to build the things you are building. I use Node.js + React Native or Svelte for 90% of the time, and Python for the rest.
No fancy-shmancy tech. Leave "I always wanted to learn this framework" for a Christmas break, when you are vacationing, stuck at home, or simply bored. Ideally, all three together.
Hard code data instead of connecting to databases. This will save you time debugging networking issues and installing security certificates. I still make this mistake more than not. Recently, I switched to Airtable. It's 'google sheet with API'. It's my middle ground for when I need my co-founder's help with inserting data.
Above anything else, move fast. UI can be ugly. If there's value, people will use your service anyway. Talk to your users. They will tell you what's working and what is not.
